First, restart your device. Ensure data roaming is enabled for your eSIM line. Check that you’re in a covered area. If issues persist, contact our 24/7 support.
Data speeds depend on local network conditions. Try moving to a different location, restarting your device, or toggling airplane mode on and off.
Once deleted, an eSIM cannot be reinstalled with the same QR code. Contact support if you need to reinstall your eSIM – we can provide a new QR code.
